CURRENT EVENT #6.2

1. 9 people were killed in the shooting and the other 9 where horribly injured, it took place at the twin peaks restaurant in waco, 25 to 70 people where detained for questioning

2. tax cuts talk, budget debate, abortion, gun bills, and boarder security are the five topics the legislative are going to plan on discussing

3. Over the past week Barton Creek has gotten up to 7.5 inches of rain while loop 360 had the highest total. Later on 2.91 inches of rain came down at Barton Creek on loop 360, a 12 hour delay came in for that tuesday for the UIL Tennis Championships. Pace Bend boat ramp, the only public ramp that is not high and dry on the lake has been less than 40% full, has been closed for 3 three days and has finally reopened at Lake Travis. The first time in three years there has been zero Texas counties in a drought due to all the rain. A prediction was made by Bob Rose (meteorologist) of a number of 100-degree days this summer, which now in a live American Statesman chat he wonders why he even predicted that. SHORT ANSWER:

I mean theres barely anything anyone can really do, there's always going to be those attackers for no reason. What I really think is that they shouldn't kill him for the reason that it would hurt people who mane worked with him or something and they might wan to make a point, so they'll go off and kill random people as well to keep him in memory. But if they put him in jail then theres a chance he could escape but not unless it was like an Army based prison or something high tech, he would't be able to get out.
